k20a2 swap

What do you think of a k20a2 swap into my 01 EX coupe? It might be something to save for... Is it worth the money? Or would getting a turbo on my current motor be better worth the money?

i say go for the swap if you can afford it. that motor will be much more responsive to mods

k20a2. in the long run u'll find its much better. a 2.0L motor compared to 1.7. even after the turbo, u'll be towards the end of how far u can go w/ that motor....soooooooooo...go k20a2 all the way if u can. w/ simple i/h/e/hondata u'd be basically where a turbo would put ur stock motor, an u'd still have TONS more room to work with. if u can afford it...go for it buddy.

how much does something like this usualy cost?

motor alone is going to run u around...6500+...plus the swap (if u don't kno friens who'll do it) then it'll run u round 8k total for the swap...

if you do the K20 got to hmotorsonline.com they got the complete changeover with absolutely everything for about 5600. They also have the pricegarantee so if you find it cheaper they'll match it.
Plus i'd go with a K20 before a turbo too. Those are sweet. I drove a rsx type-s once and damn. Now imagine that motor in a civic....
