how do you do a chameleon color? I can't figure it out.... photoshop or paintshop?

Hey you do it in photoshop and all you do is change the hue/saturation and then turn the opacity down on the history tool and run it over it in the spots you want the other color. If you dont understand that there is probly a tutorial somewhere.
