Guys,
I don't remember, is there a headlight warning buzzer on the C1500 1991 trucks? I thought mine use to have one, but I don't hear the buzzer anymore.
Does anyone know if there was one and if so, why mine no longer works and now to fix? Is it in the fuse panel?
Thank you,
Old Chevy

the buzzer on my 96 failed..it was not working for a few years..the buzzer is like a small speaker should be under the dash near firewall drivers feet area..
on my vehicle I found the small wire which went to the coil of the buzzer/speaker/noise maker broken..I had to add a small length of fine copper wire and solder to increase the length to make the connection ..
its been a few months now and is still works...it is part of a circuit board assy...looks like if you could buy one it would be a 100.oo or so..
the reason it failed is because they soldered it together with no slack in the wire...
