no power to fuel pump

On my 1997 350 van there is no power going to the fuel pump. I have changed relays and still nothing. THis all started after pulling the transmission and changing it. I dont know what else to do. Could it be the oil switch? It looks ok cosmetically but I dont know. Please help.
