94 STS shift solenoids

Would like to know the procedure for replacing the two shift solenoids in the valve body of a 94 STS with a 4.6 motor. Thanks.

The trans side cover comes off of course, this requires removing the axle and possibly dropping the subframe down to get it off., I would suggest a good manual to tackle this, this is not an easy job at home no lift, dwy job. The solenoids are of course attached to the VB
