Water Dripping

I have a 1995 Beretta and have a sort of an odd problem. Lately when I park my car in my parking spot overnight and not drive it the following day, suddenly see a small puddle of water underneath the car near the passenger side tire. Every other time I drive it (with the exception of when I put too much coolant in the resevoir after seeing the low coolant light) it doesn't leak at all. I've been thinking it's the water pump gasket or the pump itself but my car hasn't been overheating at all.
I was told that it might be condensation as we've had a mixture of warm and cool weather these days. It's been cooler at night but still in the 80's and 90's during the day so it's somewhat humid. Does anyone else have any ideas as to what this problem might be?

Look at the drip hole in the water pump. If you see a lot of deposits its probably leaking. Just before they go out they drip then stop for a couple of weeks.
Auto Zone and Advanced have free loaner tools. Get a pressure tester and leave it under pressure for a few minutes. Watch the drip hole for leakage.
Their is also a drain for the air conditioner if the heater core leaks it will drain out a drain tube close to the passenger side fire wall.
