Hard to start when cold

I have a '94 4x4 Nissan pickup with a 3.0 v-6 that is hard to start when cold. It seems to be flooded every morning when I try to start it. I have replaced the engine temp sensor as well as the one for the guage. I have cleaned the Mass airflow sensor, put new plugs, cap & rotor, wires, ran injector cleaner through it, made sure the fuel return line is not plugged, I even pulled the fuse to the fuel pump one night before I turned the truck off in case the injectors were leaking and that still didn't matter, it still acted flooded. If I put the accelorater to the floor it will eventually start, it will spit and sputter and miss for a minute and run fine after it warms up. This is driving me crazy and that's not a very far drive for me! Anyone have any ideas?
