It took a while to fit that V8 twinturbo -engine with intercooler into this tiny Fiat. It's got some parts from a Nascar kit too. Feel free to comment :evillol:!

Thanks! The engine + gearbox are taken from Revell Chevy SS-R pickup, chargers are aftermarket stuff. Tubing etc my own design.

That must be a beast on the 1/4 mile
There is a Fiat 500 running with an aircooled Vw engine on drag strips in Europe, can't remember it's name but it's fast.
Nice model btw :bigthumb:

This is outrageous! Is there a WIP for this model somewhere? Does it have gull wing doors? Did you start with a Tamiya or Gunze Fiat 500? Again, I love it!

Thanks everybody! There was a topic about building this Fiat, but I'm afraid it got wasted, when they modified the FCMA (Finnish Car Model Assosiation) site some time ago. I do have plenty of pics taken while building Le Freak, but I can't put them all on this site, can I?
The doors don't open, but gull wing doors they imitate .
I think it was Tamiya, not sure 'coz I made another Fiat 500 too. That might have been Gunze, and it got this Tamiya's engine. The other 500 is an ambulance with opening back door with a bed for the patient and chairs for the nurse and the doctor-driver. One rusty poor Fiat with Abarth engine!

Looks like it'll be a little rocket if it was real. Great work!
