2001 Chevy Express Van turns but will not start

2001 Chevy Express van ran fine one day and the next it would not start. I have good fuel pressure at the line going to the fuel meter body and good spark. Also changed out the spark plugs and cap/rotor.

What engine and mileage and how much fuel pressure on eng cranking?

Good spark to all plugs?
Good AC delco plugs?

Any check engine lights before it quit?
