90 3.8 v6 t-bird wont start why?

Check for spark pull a spark plug and using insulated pliers ground the plug against the block. If it has spark with some one cranking the car. It has a fuel problem use some starting fluid and spray into the intake if it starts check if the fuel pump comes on when trying to start. Listen back close to the gas tank.
