Deleted Photos

PLEASE could someone in authority as a Moderator or Administrator do something about the number of deleted photos squares on the forum it is getting annoying when U go to a thread and there is no photo as it has been deleted either by the owner or the photo supplier forum mob or whatever U call them.

Not really, no. Short of looking through every single thread there is no way for us to tell which thread has missing pictures. This can be a temporary problem (image host issues, etc) and/or the thread starter may come back to update the thread at some point.

Besides, this is a problem with older threads and, to be honest, you cannot expect all the picutres to continue to be online forever. If there are pictures missing in new threads then it's usually the case of the poster not knowing how to post pictures, and we, not just mods, members also, try to do our best to help them with that (even if it doesn't seem to go through each time). Thank you for raising the issue, though.

Ales,thanks for U'r reply to my question and I do understand about the older photos being deleted as I have done it myself without realising that the photo I have just got rid of was on a forum, with the newer ones yes that is something that needs to be taken up witht the person who has started the thread or if possible that person contacting their photo site (ei Photobucket etc.) as they can stop photos from going thru, again it has happened to me in the past on other forums. Anyway Thanks again for U'r explaintation and I again do understand.
