1980 Trans Am electrical questiona

1. Any suggestions on what might cause both reverse lights not to work...and it's not a fuse! Where is the reverse light switch located? It's an automatic btw.

2. (This one is weird!) When the high beams are turned on...all the lights on the front of the car turn off...including the high beams. But when you turn back on the low beams...it takes a few seconds before they actually come back on (low beams only).

the reverse light switch should be at the base of the shifter under the console. might be next to the neutral safety switch. as far as the head lights go, i would check the dimmer switch, or the light switch itself. hope this helps some.
