92 GA SE HVAC controls?

Does anyone know why I get heated air out of the left vents and cool air out of the right having the heat on???? It doesn't matter what settings you have it on either, vents,floor, or defrost. Also when it's in the defrost mode I still am getting air out of the floor. I can hear the doors operating when I move the selector switch but I don't think it's working correctly.....:confused:

Found the problem, the vacuum pod mounting tab was broke off thus not allowing the heater flap closing. Just incase someone else has the same problem.
