Lug nuts stripping - very hard to get off

The lug nuts are beginning to strip. The hex part - not the thread. We were able to get the front off but the rear is just stripping. I put a torch to the bolt for about 2 minutes and that didn't help. Here are some pictures. http://img28.imageshack.us/img28/1228/dscn3149.jpg (http://img28.imageshack.us/i/dscn3149.jpg/) http://img28.imageshack.us/img28/dscn3149.jpg/1/w913.png (http://g.imageshack.us/img28/dscn3149.jpg/1/) http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/8320/dscn3151o.jpg (http://img4.imageshack.us/i/dscn3151o.jpg/) http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/dscn3151o.jpg/1/w798.png (http://g.imageshack.us/img4/dscn3151o.jpg/1/) http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/5668/dscn3152t.jpg (http://img5.imageshack.us/i/dscn3152t.jpg/) http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/dscn3152t.jpg/1/w704.png (http://g.imageshack.us/img5/dscn3152t.jpg/1/) http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/4219/dscn3155.jpg (http://img97.imageshack.us/i/dscn3155.jpg/) http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/dscn3155.jpg/1/w626.png (http://g.imageshack.us/img97/dscn3155.jpg/1/)

Looks like you have rounded the nut shoulders off.
Are you using a good quality socket like snap on flank drives.
Not good on sockets but I have drove a one size smaller metric to Sae or Sae to metric {one notch/sise down} socket on them.
If all else fails run it by a tire shop and ask them to help you out.
They have the tools to deal with them.
