help no brake lights

i have a 2001 dodge durango i have no brake lights exept in the rear window ive checked the bulbs and the fuses i have turn signals and running lights but no brake lights anyone have any ideas

White wire with a tan tracer is the wire that feeds the power to the lights. That wire is spliced at the left rear qtr panel around the tailight area.
