Replacing fuel tank

I need to replace the fuel tank on my 99 tahoe. I recieved one that had no vent tube. I was told it needed a vent tube to work properly. Does this truck have a vent tube on the tank? I don't want to send it back for nothing, and don't want to pull it to find out I need a vent tube.

I've been under the impression all fuel tanks needed a vent tube. It's part of the EVAP system.
