the car turns over it has fuel it has spark it also has compression but will not start. could it be out of time? and if it is wouldn't that show up when I took a compression test? Anyone have an answer? there have been 8 views and no answers could the belt have jumped one tooth?

Well pull the covers to check the tightness on the timing belt, also check the marks on the cam to see there are properly aligned. otherwise start with the basics, I realize you probably have done this but you never know what you may have overlooked. Just throwing ideas out, fuel pressure regulator, pump, check pulleys for proper operation(able to turn freely). Let me know I have more ideas.

I fixed the car and was dumb founded as to what I had found. The bearings in the ac pump were frozen so much that the dam car wouldnt start there was never noise or smoke from the belt no noise from the bearings nothing. I only found the problem after resetting the timing belt sarted the car with out the serpintine belt as soon as we put that belt back on the car wouldnt start again. I have been working on cars for almost 20 years and have never come acrost some thing like this

That exactly same thing had had happened to me on a car I had worked on early last year. Thats why I said check your pulleys.
