DRL Problems - SVS light comes on / one headlight

Hi everybody , . I'm Having a DRL problem with my 2001 grand am SE . DAYtime i start it and put it into drive and the drl comes on for a few seconds , then they flicker out then the SVS light comes on . At NIGHT theres no SVS light on but i have a headlight out ? High beams work ok . ive changed the relays and etc , I wouldnt think it could be the body control module cause that was replaced last year when water got into it . Can someone please help? Thanks.
