What a feast for the eyes! They are all superb but to my eyes that 599 is particularly sublime. I love how you've got such a smooth flawless finish to the paint and yet have also managed to achieve a 'scale' shine to them all. Beautiful!

Yes. It is a MFH Cobra.

You really have a thing for Nissans I see, and they're all built extremely well.

I have never bougth / Driven any Nissan car in my life :tongue:

Can I ask what brand paint did you use for the Monterey Blue & Solar Orange please? And what clearcoat do you use?

The Solar Orange, Monterey Blue, Rosso Monza, White Pearl, Guardsman Blue and Midnight Purple II are RICEBOX paint. It is some paint espcially for car modeling. They may have adjusted some Pearl Powder / Metiallic Powder size in order to achieve to "SCALE EFFECT" for model car since the original formula may be just good for real car but looks horrible for 1/24 car.

For Clear Coat, it is GP2 from Finishers. However, I found the the 2k paint from Finishers is too easy to crack and SILVERING could be happening occasionally .

By the way, you really like the SOLAR ORANGE ? This is the real effect of the Solar Orange under the Sun Light. Enjoy ^_^

I also hate car models finished with 1:1 car metallics as the particle size is far too big & looks awful.

I now need to see if I can find an on-line store that will ship these ricebox paints to the UK!

And that solar orange really does live up to its name in sunlight - that model is just stunning!!

Wow, we got many Cobra fans here :biggrin:

In order to get more information for this car model, I have bought a book for research and info and I have almost spent half yr for this model.

I really like the cobra and I want to get a replica before the end of my life.

If you guys really like the cobra, I will try to take some more pic for the cobra on this weekend. :biggrin:

This Midnight Purple II is kinda special paint. The color will be changed from PURPLE to GREEN when you view from a different angle. However, this effect is not easy to tell from a picture :frown:
