I'll field that one. :D
I'm pretty sure it's the Tamiya kit, or else it's a Revell with a LOT of work to make it resemble the Tamiya kit.
Reasons for this:
1) Rear hood opens
2) Tamiya disk brakes
3) Front ducts are big and well formed (the Tamiya ducts are much bigger and look sharper than the Revell ones... I have both kits)
4) The revell kit has a small bar crossing between the "roll cage" headrests, and mesh between them
I could be wrong, though. It's happened before.
Looking good, btw!!! I'm working on my Revell right now, and actually doing a bit of a Revell to Tamiya conversion (lots of work). Don't worry, I'm not touching any of my Tamiya pieces to put them on the revell kit.

Which ones are you working on? The 360 is a must have in any ferrari collection!! Especially the Tamiya kit. Gorgeous kit.

Ok so it is Tamiya, now I know which one to buy. I didn't realize that their was such a big difference in quality between tamiya and revelle. Thanks for clearing that one up guys. I guess I will look for tamiya models more so than revelles cause I like the way the tamiya's build without all the hard work.

This revell kit has more errors in it than any other revell kit I've seen. It's rather strange. The engine does not fit together at all (I've heard this from another person as well). My body has a lot of scratches or poor mold nicks in a lot of the corners, requires a fair amount of sanding, and the roll bar piece does not fit well, at all. You can definitely see the difference between the $20 Revell and the $50 Tamiya, in this case. However, with some care, both can be done very well, and you're saving $30 with the Revell.

Now saving 30 bucks is great motive to put forth a little more elbow grease, but I figure you get what you pay for. If tamiya sells so many kit why are there prices so high in hobby stores? Don't mean to get off track but man why are they so high?

High quality/tooling costs, and most importantly, people are willing to pay.

My Spider that I just finished was a Revell and it had several fit problems including the ones you mentioned as well as bad mold lines that I never did get 100% sanded out in one corner. I didn't have any problems with the roll bars but my A frame broke as soon as I started working on the body.
My next Spider I do will be for sure a Tamiya.
