remember to use distilled water, that will cut way down on the corrisive junk going on inside the cooling system.. distill your own by leaving a bucket out in the garage over night and wella it's now distilled !!!

Letting water sit will allow oxygen to dissolve into it and let chlorine to dissipate from it. Leaving it in the garage will make it safe for your aquarium. Distilled water has everything that won't evaporate removed from it (most importantly calcium carbonate). Deionized or distilled water is OK, filtered water is not. You will get boiler scale if you use tap water. This isn't as much of a problem as it was 30 years ago, because with closed systems you don't tend to loose coolant from escaping steam. As a result you don't have the non-volatiles concentrating on you and depositing in the narrow engine channels.
