Im putting a fuel cell in my 96 cavalier for dirt track racing and need to get an inline fuel pump. I dont know what or if there is a fuel pump I can get. I also dont know what the fuel pressure is.

Any performance place should have them. Online- Sumit racing and Jegs have them. Fuel pressure on those I believe is 45-55. That's just the range it runs on. The fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail regulates it down, the pump itself will develop much more pressure. Anything 55 PSI or over will work, as long as it has the 2.2 or 2.4 in it, volume won't bean issue with a performance pump.

Incase you haven't already, make sure fuel cells are permitted in your class. I was going to race a Beretta on a dirt track, and the rules said it had to be entirely stock. Also check for requirements for plumbing in the new fuel system, you may have to use AN fittings, braided hose, etc.
