Hoses keep blowing off or rupturing

Hey all,

1999 Cougar V6 2.5L, manual transmission. The stupid thing keeps blowing the hoses off or completely apart. I've replaced those hoses as well as a thermostat. I noticed that the previous car owner must have put in some kind of radiator leak treatment junk, as I see it floating around in the water in the coolant reservoir.

Any ideas?

Blown head gasket. Nough said...
