'99 Fan Switch Removal

I have to replace the climate control cluster. This is a manual control unit with a/c. I got the front bezel off. I removed the 4 torx screws. How do you get the switch cluster out and unplugged?

gotta remove glove box,...console.,,,knee bolster(drivers side).then you can see the remaining screws to remove the bracket that holds all that crap...stereo,hvac panel,maybe even a cup holder....
