i'm thinking about buying a 94 civic hb with a 1.5l vtec..is that a b15? and whats the specs on the motor?

not sure what a b15 is, but might be a jdm d15b. Actually a good motor, for what it is. Suprised the hell out of me. you can take a look at www.jshmotors.com (http://www.jshmotors.com) for the specs of the jdm d15b

i myself am trying to go for a full tuning of my 88 civic (http://talkativetown.com/cars/88_civic/). however would need good cash for the engine swap and few other things. i think the frame and other parts are still quite solid and it should not be a big problem making it my project car although i am a bit worried about parts now.

I have a D16Z6 in my Civic EX. I ended up buying a rebuilt engine from Engine World Inc in Houston, Tx.
