98 sunfire cutting out and stalling

Right after i had a new gas tank installed in a 1998 sunfire 2.2, i am having problems with the car cutting out and stalling while driving. its hard to start after it stalls and usually has to sit for about 10 mins. could this have something to do with the tank install? reversed fuel lines or power/ground wires? fuel pump going bad?

It's not power, then the engine wouldn't work at all. Somewhere pressure in the tank is building up, it could be the reverse fuel line, air in the system. Did you do it or did you take it to a mechanic?
