Yup what Copytech said, more infor please. Im not gonna make a judgement call so im just assuming that it might just be the blower resisitor possibly located near the pasenger side near the foot area.
But since there is not air blowing in, there must be a clog of some sort or the AC/Heater unit is defective
heres a website that allows you to get a better view of how the resistors looks like http://hondapartsnow.com (http://hondapartsnow.com/)
hope this helps

It could one of the internal doors/flaps is not working to allow air to flow properly. Could be a challenge.

would it possibly be the heater/ac unit. Because that controls switching on and off of the ac/heater. I think its located near the passenger side foot well

You should try to locate the control/valve that allows coolant to flow into the heater core. It may be located out in the engine bay near the firewall. If you can locate the 2 coolant lines going in/out it should easy to locate the valve. With the car on and 2 people have someone work the the hot/cold setting back and forth from inside while someone watches the valve's operation to see if it is moving.
Is this a manual lever or pushbutton selection type system ??

Check the A/C unit, mine has a crack in it, and my car won't blow warm air, either, but I think that's a problem with the thermostat

After hitting a dear. How fast were you going? Any fluids leaking?? Would it be a blower resistor?? Clogs wouldnt really be the issue, since your getting air, but not Cold or Hot.

Those fans are not required to have heat (they would be needed for A/C) The system may not be opening the mentioned valve allowing water into the heater core or one of the doors inside the dash is not working and blocking the heat from the core.

They will come on when the engine reaches a certain temperature and during A/C usage.
Driving without them operating could be risky...it will depend a lot on the outside temperature.
