Leaking water

My 98 Taurus is leaking dirty water from a gasket under the car. I don't know what the gasket is. When I'm under the car and looking at it, the oil pan is to my right and the transmission pan is to the left and up. It looks to be a metal gasket that has cracked. All my water is dripping out. I can push on the gasket to one side and it leaks more.
I don't have any idea why there is water here. I've check the oil and transmission dips sticks and don't see any indications that there is water in either system. The car runs fine when the coolant is still full.
Any ideas?

now does this dirty water look like it's coming from a gasket under floorboards..... or towards firewall? also does this happen in the summer when using the a/c.... or at anytime?
1....If it's coming from floorboard area... you may have seeping into bottom of car and it's oxidizing from inside out...
2....If it's coming from fire wall area... more than likely it may drain for rain off where the wipers and plastic 'grill' is at.... just a drain for rainwater n snow.
or 3...could also be drain from A/C condensation which is also normal...
Now if it's #2 i suggest possible taking off that top grill and cleaning out much as possible... prob have debris from leaves, pine needle,, etc... which block these drain holes n can cause future problems like short wiper motor or blower motor....
hope this helps :)
