94 gmc hard starting when cold

I have a 94 gmc truck when it gets cold its fire but wont start right away. it usually take about 1 minute of the truck backfiring and stalling before it get warm enough to stay running. i have changed the idol contol motor and throttle positioning sensor and it still runs the same.
