transmission rear seal replacement problem

Hi, I saw a small drip from my rear seal on the transmission so I put a new seal on
Even after installing a new seal, the leak is still there
?????????????????????????????????
is there something i need to do.
the transmission works so its not a big leak just a pressure leak I guess.
is it normal to drip a little from the rear seal
