99 gtp with TOGS, ZZP PCM etc.. I keep getting the p0133 dtc ever since TOGS were installed. I changed both 02 sensors with new Delphi sensors more than once, the wires are fine and no exhaust leaks. Code pops up every 50 miles or so and i reset it a few times. I have emmisions soon and I would rather not put the stock manifolds back in. Any Ideas?

Just to clarify for everyone P0133 = O2 Sensor Signal slow response, bank 1 sensor 1
Only 1 thing to do. Delete the code form the PCM! =P
No, but seriously. I don't know. Have you tried delco sensors? Is it possible you have a vacuum leak somewhere causing a lean condition? Do you have access to a scan tool capable of watching live data streams?

I havn't tried Delco sensors, maby the Delphi sensors ive been tring are a bad brand. They hooked it up to a laptop at a shop and said that it read it was going up and down constantly at idle and that it may be running too rich. This started after just the headers were installed, the PCM was not installed so that may ruel that out. He also said it was below point one,the voltage I think he meant.. I cleared the code and now today the Aeroforce read 1133. That code had also poped up before with the 0133 code too.

p1133 = O2 insufficient switching bank 1 sensor 1
Delphi brand sensors should be ok as far as I know.
If the tech said its running rich, I would check it out. Maybe you have a ruptured FPR diaphram or a sticky fuel injector that happened right after the tog's install.
What size pulley are you running? Do you by chance have the stock PCM to throw in there for a week for diagnosis just to rule out the PCM as the problem?

Yes i will try the stock PCM and see what happens. I was running a 3.5 inch but there was KR up to 4.5* on the aeroforce still with all the supporting modds, al 104s 180t stat air intake headers and PCM, so I put the 3.8" back on a while ago. Is it ok to run the stock PCM with thoes supporting modds still in? and how do i check if its running rich?
