taking the scenic route

So I'm taking the engine out of my nissan sentra 1993 5 speed. I previously took the cover off and attempted to check the timing chain. After deciding to go ahead with an engine swap, I quit with taking the head off and began removing things. I have a hoist attached and was using it to hold the engine in and I suppose I took enough off that the head popped off. So I went ahead and removed it. Now its just the transmission and crank case. I call it "Taking the scenic route." I was wondering about how many bolts hold the transmission in? I have a link here with about four pictures. (Since I don't know how to post a picture on here.) In the first picture I'm pointing at the mount I mentioned in an earlier thread that had a square nut on it. I took a nice titanium drill bit and laughed at the stupid piece of s*** as I drilled it out. The bolt was fine. I tried to turn it but it spins freely still as if its not in the threads of the hole it sits in. Any ideas on how to get a free spinning bolt? I figured I'd try and get the transmission out since I can lower the engine and transmission enough to take it out from below. I took maybe 5 or 6 out from the transmission side. Does it not just fall off?

I'm sorry this was done at night.

Would it help for me to get the transmission apart if it is in a certain gear? Its a 5 speed? Where should the gear be at to separate it or does it matter?
