Remote Door locks for 2003 Durangoo

My remote controls for the doors don’t work for a 2003 Durango is there any way to reprogram them myself? I changed the batteries not sure if they got deprogrammed? Or does the dealer have to do it?

Has to go to the dealer,programed with the DRB III which is Chrysler's factory scan tool
