RX300 - P0171 Error Code

engine light came on a few weeks back. Diagnostic showed error code P0171 Fuel Trim too Lean (Bank 1). any idea? not sure if changing from fuel, from RON97 to RON95 has anything to do with this. I am thinking if the fuel filter need replacing.
