Replace crank position sensor?

How would I go about replacing the crank position sensor in a 97 Buick regal gs? I have heard to remove the belts and the harmonic balancer and then I have heard to pull the wheel. Which is right or easier to do myself?

Yes tire,belt,balancer,inner fender shield,crankshaft shield;gonna need a 28mm socket and a puller for the balancer.
