ipd will do it for free. They send you a kit to remove the ECU, you send it back with the ECU via overnight shipping, they flash it, overnight it back to you, you're car is out for about 3 days. Alternatively, you can give them $1000, they send you a new one, then you send them your old one and they refund your money upon receiving it. Seems like a good deal and the performance gains are quite nice too.

And by "hope to soon." I mean as soon as I get another Volvo :-( I miss that car! I totaled it two weeks to the day I got it.... Stupid.... :-(

IPD doesn't not reflash ECU's for free. It costs about $750 just for the reflash. RICA is about $1000. The great thing about RICA chips, is you get unlimited amounts of reflashes. You can dyno your car or add new parts, and they will reflash it accordingly. Definately the way to go for fine tuning. I'm going with RICA when I'm ready to chip it.
