95 Transport Charging system

I am having trouble with a 95 Transport. I have changed the battery and alternator and the engine relay under the hood and cleaned all electrical contact and checked all fuses but the battery will still discharge while running. Starting to bang my head against the wall with this one is there anything else to look at in the charging system that I have not thought of? Or does someone know of the location of a fuseable link or something like one that I have not seen that may cause this van not to charge? Thanks in advance for any help or pics of the electrical or charging system that may help me find my problem.

even though the alt. is new, have it checked. ive seen new ones that have been faulty

I have already thought of that and this is the second new alt in 3 days, still no change. I am about ready to let it burn and sell it to the insurance company lol
