V8 racer's head to roebling for go pro twins

The V8 StockCar Series racer's head for Roebling Road Raceway, near Savannah, Georgia October 10 & 11 for the GO PRO Twins; round nine on the series schedule. The Buccaneer Region SCCA SARRC Invitational Challenge will bring some of the very best road racer's in the South East to the twisting two mile circuit that rewards driver's that are precise, smooth and patient. In the V8 GT-1 class Dave Machavern and Bill Smith should push each other, with Ray Webb ready to pounce if either falter. V8 GT2 will find Bob Mayer in his ex SPEED World Challenge Corvette trying to bring home two wins for the weekend to get back into a tie with class points leader Doug Wilson and his BMW M3. Ed Lewis will try to spoil the deal for Mayer in his fast Z06 Corvette.

V8 SPO should be an entertaining shoutout between former Nascar Dash Champ, Larry Hoopaugh, multi time race winner Danny Foster in his Outback Dodge, Paul Breehne in his Rousch powered Ford Fusion, class points leader Lee Arnold, in his ex Ken Schrader ride and Doug Sanders in his ex Nascar Cup car. V8 GTA points leader Tony Amico, Hollywood Graham, George Lutich should lead the class contigent.
