91 Volvo 740 Junk

I have a question regarding my 91 Volvo 740 wagon, its become far too expensive for me to fix while here at college and need some advice for what to do with it.

I dont think anyone would want to buy it as it is over 200k and simply will not start. I was thinking of selling it to a junkyard, can anyone tell me how much I should be getting or if it is even a viable option?
