Car Starter with Smartpass system '09 Grand Vitara

I'm looking at installing an aftermarket car starter in my 2009 Grand Vitara with smartpass system. I want to know if there is anyway to do so without sacrificing a spare key to be permanently mounted in the vehicle. I've heard there is a way but I need more information. I'm looking at a Viper 5900 to install.
