87 Deville Hard Start

After car sits for several hours it has an intermittant problem with hard starts. Cranks, but will not start. Sometime will start in five minutes and other times can take an hour and a jump. Problem is more consistant in warmer temperatures and if the car is not level an nose pointing higher. Any suggestions? Fuel filter has been replaced and injectors cleaned.

When no start are the injectors spraying fuel in the TB, ?

yes the injectors are spraying.
