2004 Dodge 1500 4x4 Quad help needed

Turned on the heat in the truck this morning and no heat. The blower will change speeds but I can't get the other controls to work like the direction for defrost and upper and lower vents also the air conditioning and my heated mirrors will not work. It's stuck on the upper vent direction. I was able to try another control unit and did the same thing. I checked all the fuses. Is there some other control or relay that might of gone to cause this? Where might be the location?

Check fuse #36 10 amp <- this fuse is for the heated power mirrior relay and a/c heater control. #27 15 amp, #38 15 amp,

I did check the fuses and all seemed to be good. Well fuse #36 was blown replaced and all is good. I had an appointment with the stealership Monday morning. I did try another control and as I said and checked the fuses but I guess I did not check good enough. You save me probably $2-300 bucks by making me go try those fuses you flagged.
