M3 mirror question

I am looking at buying some M3 side mirrors and was wondering if I had to buy special ones because I have motorized mirrors, and I want to be able to keep them. Am I going to have to resort to staying wiht stock mirrors? Also if you know a place to find M3's chep let me know
