Searched all over to try to find out how to open the radiator drain plug (petcock).
Hope that this info might save someone else the same headache.
Drain plug is located on the side of the radiator on the driver's side of the vehicle.
It can be viewed from the cut-out in the front fascia.
You maybe able to reach it through the cut-out or from behind the fascia.
Take a pair of pliers and turn it so that it faces up and down (12/6 o'clock position).
While turning the plug counter-clockwise, pull on the plug.
As you reach the 9/3 o'clock position (1/4 turn), the plug should begin to come out.
Once you reach the 12/6 o'clock position (1/2 turn), you should be able to pull the plug all the way out, if you desire.
It may be best to wait until all the antifreeze drains before getting to the last 1/4 turn.
