Wiper Fluid Not Working.

The jug is full, it just doesnt activate. No whining from the motor or anything. Is it completely shot, or is it a fuse problem? Wipers work fine.

Unplug the wiring to the pump motor and see if there is voltage on one of the wires. If there is voltage, replace the pump. Ceheap fix. If there is no current, look for a pinched, broken or disconnected wire.
