Odor when blowing air from outside

Mainly with blower on a lower setting, but I don't smell it with the a/c or heat or circulate on. Strange, and I've been thru most of the owners manual and Haynes looking for at least 2 things, where my a/c drain hose is (never really recall seeing water under the car after running a/c) and if I have a cabin filter for the outside air (under the plastic cover where the wipers mounts?) or an inside filter (I can't find where the inside air gets sucked in/circulates from). Any tips/info definitely appreciated. 2003 Cav 2.2 coupe.

Surprised I have received no helpful replies. I did some further research myself and have found my a/c drain appears to be functioning fine (not clogged). I ran the a/c yesterday during a 15 minute or so drive on a somewhat warm day here in NE PA with my window open and when I stopped I found a small puddle forming from a drip coming from a small rubber elbow right inbetween the 2 a/c pipes heading thru my firewall on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
I also lit up a cigar and blew smoke in the 3 screen areas of the plastic cover that the wipers mount thru and at the passenger side screen the smoke got sucked right into my car with the fan on "outside air". Of course this did not happen when I had the fan on circulate.
Which leads me to only 2 questions. Is there an air filter somewhere that filters the outside air in? And, I still could not find the "inlet" inside the car that sucks and circulates the air around inside (and is there a filter for that?). Ideas?

no you do not have a cabin air filter on your cavalier.what are you smelling is it like a musty smell?if so try spraying Lysol in the intake area like you did the cigar smoke with the blower on hi.that should fix it.if not GM sell something called odor eliminator for problems like these that you can buy but it's not cheap

Thnx for the info. Do you know where the intake inside my 03 Cav is that circulates the inside air (where it sucks the air in when in circ position)?
I wouldn't say the smell is musty. My wife said it smelled kind of like bo? Weird thing is it started after I had it at the shop and got 4 new tires but it's not tire smell. Could be a bug smashed on the outside vent/screen, or something got inside that screen? It seem to be going away as I use the blower on high more. I was trying to find the acual culprit before I spray Lysol but that will be my next step.
