This is my next project, I've already modified the hood with an air intake from a Savanna RX7 and the mirrors are the R33 models.

For the body color I think of a metal blue and the interior in grey, maybe...

I know this is a very old kit from Revell, I've bought this kit 10€... but it's not a new kit some parts have been already build (all except the body). Everything must be dismounted and repainted but it's fun.

I have smoothed the front bumper and doors. This week-end I'll put a first coat on the body to see the possible imperfections and I'll send some pics. For the choose of color, I think about the "French Blue" by Tamiya.

I wanted just to show that there were certain imperfections on the hood... but I don't change the scoop. Tomorrow I'll put a second coat of primer on the body and I'll send the pic.

The end is near. Great job so far.
For the colour, I would say "Dark blue". Good choice on the rims, I like Ruff wheels. Porsche and VW are a great family, it's well known.

but I am a sucker for volkswagens. I figured I could offer some inspiration for your paint!
