Front end clunk

any one getting that klunk sound coming from there ls i believe its the sway bushing bars, what the size of the bar for a 2001 lincoln ls v6 nonsport? and how do you change them? any one with advice or help email me please kuz i need to get rid of that annoying sound. [email protected] thank you
