Electrical issues, NOT fuses!

I wired in a set of fog lamps, using power from the parking lamp wires. I didn't increase the fuse amperage because I wanted to see how long before they would blow. About 5 months later they still worked, no blown fuses.
the other day the parking lamps, dash lighting and tail lamps are not working, check all fuses and none are blown. Brake lights still work.
Then the interior dome lights go as well as the stereo. The cigarette 12v power still works and so does the a/c and heat and also headlights. Not an excellent electrician, so i dont know what else would cause this besides a fuse, which isnt the problem. Could it be a relay? or a burnt up power wire? Why wouldnt all power be off to all interior? please help, mildly frustrating (and i cant drive)

The instruments, parking lamps and tail lights are all on the tail light fuse. Downstream from this is the parking lamp relay, but really it is the relay for all the before mentioned items. It is between the taillight fuse and the multi-function switch. Find the parking lamp relay and that will be the culprit there.
I think the dome light and stereo are on separate fuses.
