stuck in 4lo

hello my 2000 jimmy is stuck in 4lo is there a manual way to get it out if so how do i do it any help would be great fyi i have tried alot of things the 4x4 mod is broken i think i just need it out of for low so i can drive it

What transmission and transfer case and mileage?
Have you checked all fuses?
Any lights flashing on 4W Buttons?
